From AS to A2 In my AS year, I was tasked to perform my own local radio news bulletin. We were grouped together and were told to make a news bulletin for a local area. The area we chose was Marble Arch. To complete this task, I needed to understand genre, local and audience, therefore extensive research was needed. This was vital in order for me to create the best possible news bulletin. We used apps such as Audacity, GarageBand, and Camtasia. Our bulletin needed to have an interview, vox pox, jingles etc. I worked alongside 3 others in order to get this done. In A2, we are tasked with making a music video of a song. This requires much more planning and practical work involved as also need to make. We need to understand which camera shots can emphasize the lyrics involved, which engages the audience.
